An enthusiastic Desktop Support Analyst is now sought to join an expanding team, providing users critical 2nd line desktop / IT support to users working remotely and on two sites within London and Milton Keynes.

As the successful Desktop Support Analyst,  you will have the opportunity to provide remote and deskside support within a fast paced and demanding environment.

Working with both Microsoft and in-house applications. The role will require you to take responsibility for two key sites in Milton Keynes and Central London, visiting them on a daily and weekly basis

Essential experience required for the Desktop Support Analyst

Windows 10 desktop support
Advanced Active Directory administration skills
Office 365 administration and support
Desktop software installation / builds

As the successful Desktop Support Analyst you will have the opportunity to undertake business as usual support and also interesting project work. You will be offered a starting salary of £24,000 to £28,000 plus full Company benefits.
