Countryside are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 16 regions. Right now, as part of our continued growth plans, we are seeking two part-time (am/pm) receptionists for our brand new regional office based at Wavendon Business Park, Milton Keynes.
As the first point of contact for all calls and visitors, you will be an enthusiastic team player with great communication skills and be passionate about delivering first class customer service. You will also have a good standard of oral and written skills alongside some experience of admin.
Key responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls
Receive and welcome visitors, including keeping records
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Manage outgoing mail and liaise with Post Office concerning recorded delivery / registered mail etc.
Monitor the franking machine funds
Prepare a daily DX envelope for internal mail to alternative offices.
Book couriers and maintain record of collection times.
Accept deliveries to reception area
Maintain reception and post room in a state of tidiness and ensure that adequate company literature is available in reception.
Provide administrative support to the team and work closely with the business to ensure that the administration requirements are met
