Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant / Account Manager to manage the temporary desk within the Industrial and Commercial sectors. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years' experience as working within the Recruitment industry and working with temp candidates however candidates with strong transferable skills will be considered.

Duties to Include: Account Management, Rapport Building, Selection, placement and management of candidates, Client contact over the phone and face to face, candidates who have worked in a fast pace environment that are used to multi-tasking will thrive in this position

It is a warm desk with clients already in place as well as contracts that need to be maximised.

Vanta Staffing are an expanding business and this position has come about due to substantial growth. You will be supplying Temp / Contract candidates into the Industrial and Commercial sectors Across Bucks, Berks and West London.

We are looking for a hands on person looking to further enhance their career Vanta offer ongoing training and uncapped earning potential. This position will come with the ability to grow and nurture your own team.

Basic salary from £25,000 – £32,000 – Plus generous bonus scheme.
