ACCOUNT MANAGER – TECHNICAL/CONSTRUCTION

HOME BASED

UP TO £40,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're supporting a leading business who is looking to recruit an Account Manager to join the team as part of their rapid expansion plans. As a company, they've experience significant growth and are looking to add an experienced home-based Account Manager from a Construction or Technical background at this exciting time!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Sales / Telesales / Account Management / Business Development / Sales Support background to join an established, growing and rewarding business.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Field Sales team to support them and maximise opportunities
Speaking to clients who the Field Sales team have met with and provided quotes for to confirm their sales
You'll be keeping in touch with new, existing and historic clients via phone, email and via social media to enhance the relationship
Upselling and cross selling to customers to increase revenue
Proactively making outbound calls to clients to convert quotations to sales
Building excellent relationships and using consultative sales techniques to convert sales
Dealing with price enquiries
Building a pipeline of enquiries and negotiating them through to completion
Providing excellent customer service on all incoming/outgoing queriesTHE PERSON:

Must have previous experience in either a Sales / Telesales / Account Management / Business Development / Sales Support role
A technical/construction based background
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer literate with MS Office and other systems
