Customer Services Agent

Location: High Wycombe

Client: Market leading manufacturing and distribution company

An immediate start for a minimum 9 month contract  for a  Customer Service Advisor / Representative  as part of a rapidly expanding team within a renowned manufacturing and distribution company in the High Wycombe area.

Pay rate: £12.00PH paid on a day rate up to £90 per day

7.5 hour working day, 37.5 hour week, 5 in 7 , working 7-3 nd 9-5 on roatation

Key requirements  are telephone handling, systems/CRM experience and dealing with multiple queries , customer services queries and order processing

Mainly working office based but from home for any weekend work is the plan

Your Challenge! To provide an excellent customer service

Provide accurate reporting and analysis as required
Maintaining records of orders and delivery details
Liaise with suppliers for progress or orders
Ensuring all Goods Inwards deliveries arrived and input onto the computer system
Receipt of supplier delivery paperwork
Use of the goods inwards computer to document all good etc.
Ensure order references are matched with system details
We need someone who has had experience dealing with customer queries before, ideally in logistics and manufacturing./ supply chain, less likely retail background its B2B not B 2 C

Its working in the supply chain planning team hub at head office High Wycombe. So ideally from this supply chain service/manufacturing or product making background. You will work from home sometimes but required to be at the head office most of the time.

Is this you?

* Ability to prioritise own workload within a busy and fast paced logistics/operational/manufacturing environment

* SAP Knowledge is preferred not essential

*IT proficient in Excel
