Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Logistics Team Leader to supervise their Warehouse.
Position: Logistics Team Leader
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: DOE
The job will involve…
You will supervise the warehouse, space planning, physical security, arrivals, and dispatches.
You will team lead two Logistics operatives.
You will manage stock levels; stock checks and returns.
Management reporting.
Warehouse safety.
You will contribute toward process improvements and space utilisation.
You will ensure accurate reporting of defective equipment and shipping issues.
You will ensure accurate data recording within the company’s stock control system.
The Person will…
– Have experience of working in a similar role (essential)
– Have experience of using SAP (essential)
– Import/ Export training (Incoterms, Intrastat etc.)
– Management experience (essential)
– Excel competent
– Health and safety training
