Company Overview: Our client are a privately owned medium sized contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £100k and £5m in value. They work within the commercial, public and residential sectors on a traditional and design and build basis.

Position: They are looking for an Assistant site manager to be the no.1 on a small refurbishment project in Milton Keynes . They want someone with 1-3 years experience ideally, who is keen and willing to learn and wants to be a part of a growing business .

Individual: You will have have valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
