Main Duties
To provide high level PA support to the Partners as required.
To provide general administration support, as directed by the Practice Manager, in line with whole organisation needs and priorities.
Key Duties:
In this support role, the post holder will provide a full range of PA and administration services to the Partners and wider team(s). This will include but not be limited to:
Full diary management.
Creating and maintaining an extensive range of documents to a standard as required by the Partners.
Be the first point of contact for all stakeholders seeking Partner access.
To ensure records are maintained and updated on all systems as directed by the Partners and Practice Manager.
To provide a professional, courteous and efficient telephone answering and messaging service.
Adhere to and uphold Rouse professional standards.
Accurate and timely completion of CCH timesheets.
Ensure that AML compliance matters are followed up accurately and promptly through to completion.
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders regarding any delays and/or issues with the administration of the AML function.
Provide cover as part of the PA and administration team in the event of absence.
To be a self-starter, able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
