Worldwide Education, The UK's number one supply agency, are seeking a Nursery Manager who is committed and prepared to take on leadership and support other staff in the general running of the nursery. This opportunity is exciting and will involve making plans and showcasing your individuality. Worldwide Education are pleased to advertise this role within the Beaconsfield (HP9) area. There is regular public transport from High Wycombe as well as only a short drive from Slough.

A successful candidate will have experience as a Nursery Manager and will be expected to work alongside a Deputy Manager and supportive nursery team and commit to delivering the highest possible level of fun and interactive learning in a safety-oriented environment.

Pay – The Nursery is offering a salary for a Deputy Manager from £30,000 p/a to £35,000 depending on experience.

To be considered for the permanent position of Nursery Manager you will:

Be passionate about working with Children
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
Minimum of 1 year Deputy Manager experience or 3+ Years in childcare.
Experience as a Nursery Manager (desirable)
Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Ability to ensure all staff members feel valued and respected whilst working closely together respecting the ethos of the company.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Experience in managing a team of staffDesirable criteria includes:

12-hour First Aid valid Certificate
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
Safeguarding, British values & prevent training
Appraisal, supervisory and induction training
