Recruitment Resourcer – 6 month FTC – Milton Keynes

The Company:

Focus Group Recruitment are a Boutique Technical and Sales Recruitment Agency. We are an award-winning recruitment business who are industry recognised and well established.

The Role

Due to planned growth and business requirements, we are now seeking a recruitment Resourcer to complement the existing small and dynamic team.

This opportunity is for a 6-month Fix Term Contract (FTC) with an opportunity to go permanent.

Day to day duties include assisting in sourcing relevant candidates for existing roles.

We work with various levels of positions, and you will aid the recruiters in filling roles and lead generation.

The role will be target based and you will be provided with a bonus per placement on top of your salary.

Key Skills:

* Sales knowledge

* Customer service

* PC literate

* Excellent communication skills.

We use CRM systems and ATS systems, along with working on the major online job boards. Any previous experience with the recruitment tools would be highly beneficial.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and some sales exposure, ideally recruitment experience (but not necessary). This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

For the right candidate, there is a potential to progress into a recruitment consultant role with a structured career path.
