Stark Recruitment has partnered up with one of the UK's prestigious 4 Star rated Hotel groups. We are looking for someone to fill this exciting position as a Housekeeping Supervisor at one of their locations in Buckinghamshire, live-in is available.

Job Role

* Working alongside and assisting the Head Housekeeper in completing daily cleaning schedule

* Inspecting all rooms after completion by the room attendant

* Train and motivate attendants and porters

* Liaise with reception to fulfill any special requirements for guests

* Communicating with Maintenance department to resolve any issues swiftly

* Stocktaking to ensure all linens and cleaning products are fully stocked

* Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development

You must have

* Previous housekeeping experience at a supervisor level and in a 4* hotel

* Exceptional attention to detail, able to maintain high standard

* Proven ability to manage a team, and team-building experience

* have very good organisation skills, and manage situations effectively and problem solve

* Good IT skills, (opera system experience would be an advantage)

* Fluent in writing and speaking in English

* Ability to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including early mornings and weekends
