Stark Recruitment has partnered up with one of the UK's prestigious 4 Star rated Hotel groups. We are looking for someone to fill this exciting position as a Hotel Receptionist, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to be part of a friendly Reception team.

Job description

* Providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors making them want to return

* Checking in and checking out guests

* Dealing with guests queries and complaints promptly and maintain professionalism at all times

* Ensuring all housekeeping & maintenance requests and issues are communicated between Reception and Housekeeping or Maintenance

* Operating the hotel's switchboard to ensure callers/guests and departments have smooth communication.

* Selling hotels facilities and services to guests

* Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development

* Liaising with other departments to ensure the guest's requests are dealt with efficiently

Must have

* OPERA systems experience (Preffered)

* Experience in similar customer facing role

* Exceptional customer service skills and able to deliver the best customers experience

* Excellent communication in English language and have very good telephone customer service skill

* Very good presentation

* Good personality, friendly but still professional

* Have the initiative to work alone and under pressure

* Ambitious and willingness ess to learn and grow

* Flexibility to work any five out of seven days on a rota basis, early mornings, late evenings and weekends as required.
