Implementation Consultant / Professional Services / SaaS

Lomax Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading software and security client for the acquisition of an Implementation Consultant to join their growing Professional Services team.

As an award-winning and leading SaaS and IT Security company our client continues to grow their market share so now have a customer-focused Implementation Consultant to help deploy and roll out solutions whilst gaining full customer engagement and adoption.

Implementation Consultant responsibilities

· Deploy, configure and troubleshoot software products

· Drive adoption and achieve the highest customer satisfaction during the on-boarding and implementation process

· Conduct online demo’s / screen shares

· Act as a subject matter expert to several departments and lead technical conversations during the customer journey

·Stay up to date with new features and product launches

Implementation Consultant skills required

· Proven ability of implementing SaaS software

· Proven history of customer engagement and satisfaction roles

· Proven ability of troubleshooting messaging technologies – Exchange, O365

· Knowledge of email protection and security such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, Symantec or Cisco Cloud Email

· Strong experience with Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Azure

· Excellent communication skills

· Team player, dynamic and very personable

This role will suit someone with experience deploying SaaS solutions in a professional service environment or experience with project rollouts of SaaS products.

Salary and Benefits

£40,000 – £55,000 + strong bonus, 25 days holiday and many more benefits

Location

WFH and commutable to London 2 days a week when safe.
