We are looking for a brilliant new candidate to fill the role of Customer Development Specialist. The successful candidate would be tasked with receiving inbound and conducting outbound calls to customers, providing excellent service over the phone. There would also be an element of up-selling to existing customers who are already familiar with the products sold.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience working in a Customer Service environment, preferably regarding both inbound and outbound calls

* Confidence in up-selling or cross-selling to existing customers, possessing a persuasive manner where necessary

* The ability to comfortably manage high volumes of phone calls, while providing excellent clear and concise verbal communication

* An enquiring and analytical mind, with a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to complete assigned roles

* The skills necessary to multitasking while under pressure, meeting call targets with confidence
