We need Recruitment Consultants in a range of sectors: Rail, Construction, Industrial, Aviation, Telecoms, Engineering and Manufacturing, who are ready to target clients and candidates in their specialist areas.

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: From £30,000 to £50,000 (based on experience)

Responsibility Overview

* Delivery of services to both candidates and clients with minimal supervision.

* Specialist within the rail sector, demonstrating expertise knowledge and utilising sector-specific market research.

* Self-sufficient in new business generation.

* Attend and deliver effective client meetings and presentations to win new business.

* Develop relationships in key accounts.

* Generate new business through candidate marketing campaigns.

* Source leads and be able to convert into live job orders.

* Candidate recruitment and management.

* Interview and present candidates.

* Offer negotiation and counteroffer management.

* Follow all internal processes and relevant industry legislation.

* Demonstrate qualities of leadership.
