This Head of Intermediary Distribution and Partnerships vacancy is with a leading Financial Services provider who is looking to enhance their presence and market share
We are seeking an experienced individual within intermediary distribution and building partnerships in the protection, mortgages and equity release markets
You should have held roles at senior level such as Director or Head of Intermediary Distribution and regularly reported to the board.
As Head of Intermediary Distribution, your vision should be to extend the breadth of distribution relationships and range of propositions being offered across protection, lending and investments. In addition, you should develop long-term partner relationships
The business has exciting plans over the short term and long term and want you to make these happen
You should be customer driven and motivated to take the business to new heights. You must lead from the front and make positive impacts across the business.
You will have full P&L accountability for your role, which will play a key part in the overall business.
Head of Intermediary Distribution and Partnerships Benefits
* Salary of £80,000 – £100,000 plus company benefits
* Discretionary Bonus Scheme based on business and personal achievements, meeting balance scorecard
* Home based role with travel across the country and once or twice a month to their Head Office located in the South East
