Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureJoining our Development and Property team, you’ll manage and monitor all of the facilities services within the region. You’ll deliver both reactive and planned CapEx, OpEx and works plans that are aligned with our national FM strategy.
You’ll be responsible for all building service contracts, including lifts, HVAC systems, PPM agreements and external contractors for compliance and remedial works.
You’ll own all FM compliance, holding ultimate responsibility and supporting colleagues when it comes to audits and document management. Working to agreed budgets, you will ensure each project meets the aligned time, quality and cost parameters. You’ll also help colleagues in our homes to understand FM efficiencies and drive cost saving on a task-by-task basis.

You won’t be concerned about being the ‘responsible person’, managing all statutory obligations and holding ultimate responsibility for aspects such as fire protection, waste management, asbestos, etc.
You’ll have sufficient health and safety training and experience, including control of substances hazardous to health, electricity at work, lift and lifting equipment, manual/object handling, gas installation and use, provision and use of work equipment, fire precautions, personal protective equipment, legionella/water treatment, waste management, reporting of injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences regulations.
On top of this, you’ll be an exceptional communicator and will understand the care environment, taking into account specific industry expectations such as infection control procedures and resident needs.
