Role: Resource Planner

Location: Milton Keynes or Coventry (hybrid working office + home)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + benefits

Term: Permanent

CCA Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client on this fantastic role! They are looking for an experienced contact centre Resource Planner, to lead on their WMF tool and supporting their team and business. Based in their Milton Keynes or Coventry office + home.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Planner, playing a key role in the strategy and development of their planning tools.

Role & responsibilities:

Maintain, update and provide support for the Workforce Management software for planning shift design
Monitor forecast performance and productivity of individuals and teams
Improvements to Schedule Efficiency within timeline of accountability to an agreed scale
Accountable for Budget planning and delivery within agreed tolerances and stretch targets
Identify workable improvements to TOM that can be implemented into the operation to enhance performance, efficiency and all MI reporting and analysis
Appropriate insight will be readily available for all levels of management around the business.
Analysis, commentary and recommendations will be provided with specified reports
Demonstrate compliance with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role
Quality and accuracy of workExperience:

Strong stakeholder management with the ability to engage at all levels of the business
Proactive, self-led forward thinking approach to driving insight and change to completion
A strong customer focus with high levels of commercial awareness
Proven experience of delivering strategic solutions and changing business processes and TOM
Excellent attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a will to succeed, must have tenacity and a positive outlook
Experience working in an Outsourcer company
Strong methodical approach to logical processes
