The job:
We looking to grow the Major construction division. This means we have opportunities for consultants to run both temporary and permanent desks:
An understanding of the construction industry would be desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Build & grow a client portfolio
* Develop client contact strategies & conduct business development calls
* Schedule & attend sales meetings with prospective clients
* Consultant with clients to understand their needs & sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates
* Network in industry, sector & specialism to become an expert in market
* Identify, attract & engage with potential candidates
* Interview candidates to understand their requirements & gain valuable market information
The successful candidate
At least 12-18 months demonstrated recruitment or sales experience
* Highly motivated, ambitious & driven by success
* Confident within a target driven environment
* Passionate about progression
* Strong academic background
* Proven track record of succeeding in a sales role.
* Ideally located within the home counties but ability to work remote considered.
