Here, youll join a medium sized dev team. Youll be experienced coding in a Microsoft stack (C#,ASP.NET, SQL etc.) and youll spend your time both developing code and helping to mentor more junior members of the team. Although your team will be small, the wider development function is big, so youll be able to find the right balance between personal relationships and knowledge sharing.
