I am looking for a Property Management Surveyor in the Milton Keynes area to look after and manage the commercial portfolio of the organisation and work with and manage contractors on the development of further investments.

Client Details

My client is an organisation based in Milton Keynes whose objective is to facilitate the continued growth and regeneration of the local area. The estate comprises around 250+ developable acres where the organisation's role is to deliver economic and social value from its 70+ sites in line with the business plan.

Description

The Key Responsibilities of this role will be:

Managing the commercial property portfolio
Managing contractors
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as requiredProfile

The ideal candidate will be from a property management background, have a wide range of commercial property surveying experience, have a can do approach to work and be a good communicator.
