We are recruiting experienced health care assistant to join a successful team in the Milton Keynes area. We pride ourselves in providing reliable Care service with dignity and respect.

Main duties include:

* Supporting clients with daily living tasks

* Some personal care and physical support

* Supporting the service user with working toward their discharge.

* Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team

* Managing complex behaviour and risks presented

* Ensure patients’ safety.

* Taking observations

Essential Requirements:

* A general understanding of mental illness/mental health.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to use Initiative, remain calm and controlled when under pressure.

* Can demonstrate a non-judgemental approach to people

* Ability to carry out physical tasks with patients in the promotion of health and personal hygiene.

* Ability to treat patients with respect and dignity at all times adopting a culturally sensitive approach, which is holistic and person centre
