Site Manager

Our client is a leading, award winning national residential developer who are expanding and setting up new offices in the Northern Home Counties to support their projects in the region.

As part of the growth, an opportunity is available for a Site Manager to join the team on a 300 unit development in Milton Keynes consisting of 2 to 4 bed Timber and Traditional build houses and Coach Houses.

You will ideally have Timber frame experience with a developer or residential contractor and have up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid training.

You'll be joining a supportive team on a long term project with an award winning company who offer excellent training and career development prospects as well as a generous bonus scheme. As Site Manager, you will report into the Project Manager and be responsible for managing and coordinating the sub-contractors on site and ensuring health, safety and quality as well as driving the programme.

Experience of taking projects from start to finish is preferred for this role
