Leading international Engineering Construction Consultancy require experienced Project Managers. You will be apart of a new division developing and managing a wide variety of projects from pre and post contract though to design manage and construct. The majority of project will be new build covering sectors such as; commercial and industrial, local authority and education, retail, infrastructure, and complex build.
Role:
· Managing projects from Planning, Design, build through to completion
· Managing and updating stakeholders, contractors and sub-contractors
· Managing and reporting on Planning, Cost, and Risk and overall progress.
Required
· Project Management experience
· Proven track record of delivering projects £10 m plus
· Project experience in the Engineering, Construction build environments
· Strong Client facing experience
· Team Player and strong people management skills
· Pre and Post Contract experience
· Forms of contract e.g NEC3 or JCT
· CIOB or RICS or APM or equivalent will be an advantage.
Location: Split between Remote working / Office and site when required
Salary: Salary range dependent on level of experience. Plus Package
