Required background: Residential Contracting

We are working with a rapidly growing contractor/developer client who operates across the Thames Valley and into West London. Projects are residentially focussed and typically new build but also include some refurbishment and change of use jobs and they are now also undertaking their own development schemes. Contracts are getting larger year on year but broadly incorporate 5 to 50 units and they are looking to strengthen their Design Management function at a variety of levels:

* Senior Design Coordinator

* Design Coordinator

* Assistant Design Coordinator

* Graduate Design Coordinator

Residential experience would be beneficial as would exposure working for a main contractor
