BRS are recruiting a CONTRACTS MANAGER on behalf of the UKs leading civil engineering contractor.

If you have experience in delivering schemes worth 10m+ and working on HS2 is something you're inerested in then we want to speak with you.

Responsibilities

* Work with pre construction team and manage own team of Project managers, section managers to ensure the smooth running of the projects ensuring a satisfied client and profitable projects.

* Simulaneously manage 2 to 3 larger scale prijects, with the ability to "dup in & out" of each job as and when required ensuring dealines are met.

* Deliver team meetings and present progress to the client as and when required

* Ensure clients expectations are being met and explain any cost variations where applicable

* Esure programmes are running compliantly

* Report to the Divisional Manager

Experience Required

* Come from a strong civil engineering background with experience working for a principal/main contractor

* Able to demonstrate experience working on projects worth 10m+ whilst running 1 or 2 other smaller projects

* Past experience managing NEC contracts

* Understanding of H&S and able to communicate effectively with a management team as well as pre-construction

* Have a proactive nature to keep on top of any issues that arise and prevent any escalation
