I am currently partnered with a fantastic fast growing company based in Milton Keynes who currently have an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join their team.
Key Responsibilities but not all:
Posting cash to the ledger/s.
Chase outstanding payments.
Producing weekly debtor reports.
Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected to terms.
Liaise with internal and external contacts regarding issues impacting payment.
Monitoring credit limits and reporting adverse activity to Management.
Any ad hoc duties to support Credit Managers
Skills & Education:
Self-motivated and detail oriented with strong administrative discipline and an ability to set and manage priorities
Very good communication skills written and oral.
Previous experience chasing complex debt, including self-bill
Have previous experience of using Excel to an intermediate level, which must include the ability to use V-Look up, Pivot Tables
Understanding of how to build strong working relationships across business
Ideal candidates will have a hands on approach with an eagerness to get stuck into the details. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach.
