My Aylesbury based client is looking for an Office Administrator.
The key objective of the role is to provide administration support to the Project teams across offices in Aylesbury, UK and Shanghai and China.
Your duties will include:
* Ensuring service delivery metrics are met
* Updating internal databases
* Logging inbound and outbound customer samples
* Arranging translations
* Maintaining company health and safety records
* Other general office tasks such as answering the phone, filing, preparing letters etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1 year experience in a similar role
* An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a related discipline
* Be an effective user of MS Office
* Be accurate and attentive to detail.
The position is a full time role fromt he office Monday to Thursday 830am to 5pm and Fridays 830 to 2pm. The salary range is (Apply online only) depending on experience
