A successful family owned business with a global customer base are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator on a permanent basis. The role is based in Stokenchurch within the supply chain department, and the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.
Commutable from: Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, Oxford, Aylesbury, Maidenhead, Reading
Salary: £ 22,000- £ 24,000 p.a. & an annual bonus scheme, pension, life insurance, health plan, 23 days annual leave (rising with service) & bank holidays, cycle to work scheme, holiday buying scheme

The Role
The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for:
Use Winman to issue purchase orders on a regular basis to the supply chain and order schedule processing
Book in goods brought in by sea and airfreight as well as ordering and tracking sample orders
Expedite purchase orders and maintain regular contact with suppliers
Liaise with both finance and far east suppliers, ensuring any issues are resolved
Ensure smooth flow of material into the business via warehouse
Take control of all non-production purchasing and track freight and haulage prices regularly
The Person
Experience working in a logistics, supply chain, procurement or planning role would be advantageous
Able to confidently deal with suppliers and communicate at all levels
Strong user of Microsoft Excel
Experience using Winman would be beneficial, although not essential
