Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureThis role is all about improving quality and ensuring each element of the care within our homes is in-line with both our high standards and meets industry regulations. You’ll work closely with our Head of Governance to ensure the medicines delivered in our homes are monitored and fully compliant with all associated regulatory procedures.

You’ll do this by organising adequate training and support for Clinical Managers and visiting each of our homes every six weeks to assess resident reports and ensure subsequent action.

A large part of your role will be preparing for audits both internal and external. To support this, you’ll assist our care homes to create plans of correction and monitor each home’s quality improvement plan.

Signature PeopleTo succeed in your new role, you’ll bring plenty of experience in regulatory compliance within the care industry, demonstrating instances where you have both driven compliance and improved quality. Your medical/ clinical knowledge will be advanced, and we’re looking for people who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our residents as well as making sure the paperwork matches up.

You’ll know all about health and social care regulation standards and the CQC operating model, as well as equality and human rights and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

On top of this, you’ll be incredibly organised and capable of managing multiple projects at once. You’ll be happy creating and delivering training and you’ll act as a subject matter expert, with all kinds of team members seeking your support.
