AV Technical Service Manager – I looking for a talented audio visual service manager that comes with the best pedigree on the market today. The role is predominantly office based with some occasional site visits to see clients and help service engineers fix any technical issues that are proving difficult to solve. The role will see you managing all the teams operations from logistics, preventative maintenance checks to the removal of kit from site along with all proper documentation filled in and signed off. You will be tasked with training and mentoring service engineers to help them become “all the best they can be”. The role will see you heavily involved in the recruitment process, disciplinary procedures if and when these happen. You must be able to bring to the party skills from within the av world, which will need to encompass av control systems (Crestron, Extron, Lutron), videoconference kit (Cisco, Poly, Huddle), related audio visual kit, av racks and beyond.
