A new Senior Site Manager position has just arrived in Aylesbury

The Company
One of the UK's leading construction companies, specialising in new build construction projects in the industrial sector.
The Project
A new build project, this is the second phase of a £35mil industrial project. The build involves 2 steel frame warehouse units, with associated groundworks, drainage and piling and an internal fit out.
The Role
As the Senior Site Manager for the build you will be reporting into an on-site Project Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the new phase and managing subcontract packages which include groundworks, frame, structural and all internal packages. Your role will include but not be limited to:
Report directly to the on-site Project Manager as number 2 on site.
Manage resources of the project to maximise output and deliver to programme.
Control subcontract packages.
Health & safety management and promotion in line with the company policies and procedures.
Regularly review with the team progress against programme.
Chair subcontractor site progress meetings.
Create and maintain accurate site reports.
Quality inspections
About You
You will have gained circa 8+ years experience as a site manager/senior site manager
You will have worked on a similar project previously.
Have the correct CITB and First Aid qualifications for the position.
Be able to control subcontract packages.
Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
Working knowledge of Asta Power Projects and document control software
Recent and relevant experience.
Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
