With over 6000 employees and a turnover of £150 million our client is one of the leading Facilities Management companies in the UK today. They are now looking to expand their team and recruit for a Solutions Cost Modeller
Working closely with the Business Development Directors the successful candidate will be responsible for developing competitive and innovative commercial and financial solutions in order to facilitate winning bids that are customer focused supporting from initial bid qualification stage, through to contract award and handover to the transition/operations team.
The position requires you to analyse and understand client data, identify areas of opportunity, provide solutions for missing data, attend site visits and use any and all data to create work winning financial solutions, whilst also keeping abreast of changes in market modelling and trends. The Cost Modeller will manage all pricing and commercial risk aspects of a project delivering creative and competitive client pricing and service solutions that meet the business and client objectives. You will support in strategic rebids when required and support the development of existing accounts which have major growth potential
To apply you must have experience working in a similar position within the soft services FM industry, possess an understanding of the cleaning industry including BICSc and be an industry leading expert with at least 2 years’ experience modelling cleaning solutions.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of building winning client solutions with experience of costing & pricing. An in-depth knowledge of excel and Microsoft packages plus excellent literacy skills, is essential
In return a basic salary between £50-65,000 will be offered, plus company car or car allowance, pension and corporate benefits package
