Business Systems Analyst – SAP, High Wycombe, £55,000pa plus benefits:
A leading high-tech manufacturer is looking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Applications Team. This newly created role will form part of a specialist team whose remit is to drive forward a large global transformation programme and the integration of SAP C/X. I cannot stress how important this Business Systems Analyst role is, you will join right at the start of this exciting programme and have a real impact in the direction and how the system is used across sales, marketing automation and services. It is essential that you have experience of shaping solutions for services, and ideally you will have previous experience of SAP but this is only desirable.
The role:
Support the implementation and ongoing operation of the SAP C/X platform, specifically focussing on FSM (Field Service Management). You will act as a liaison between business leadership, project team and the technical support teams. The role will form an integral part of the set up and roll out of the FSM (Field Service Management) and Customer Portal aspects of the system and then take ongoing responsibility for providing support to the user community as well as ensuring system accuracy, definition, usage, and reporting.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal Business Systems Analyst will need to possess strong service expertise, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in both business and systems processes. You will be able to demonstrate experience in FSM (Field Service Management) software solutions. Ideally direct, hands-on experience with SAP C/X or other FSM (Field Service Management) solutions. You will need strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing with experience with customer portal applications. Any knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is high on the desirable list as well.
WFH / Benefits:
This role can be based in one hours commute of Oxford, Bristol or High Wycombe. You will be expected to work one or two days per week in any of those locations, with the rest of the week worked from home. As global restrictions ease, you may also get the opportunity to travel to some global locations.
