Main responsibilities include:
Co-ordinate training, including: booking courses, scheduling training, diary management & maintaining training records.
Deliver training on a number of courses in which you would be trained on, via MS Teams and face to face when required
Work with Managers to ensure all employees are up to date with relevant mandatory training and manage re-fresher courses as required.
Create and deliver ad-hoc in-house training courses as required.
Assist in producing training guides and materials.
Work as part of a team to ensure the successful onboarding of users.
