Maths Teacher

Maths Teacher required to start ASAP – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire – 'Good' Ofsted School – Role to last till at least end of Autumn term – £140 to £190 per day – Open to experienced or NQT's

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a 'Good' progressive and supportive school who are looking for a passionate Maths teacher to join their welcoming department and teach KS3 and 4.

With a strong and supportive Maths department already in place, the school are seeking to appoint a full-time dynamic teacher of Maths teaching KS3 and GCSE from September. This position is also suitable for NQTs and they will be fully supported with the option to start their induction.

The appointed person will be fully involved in departmental development, target setting and evaluation of student progress and may be expected to run or support extra-curricular teams and clubs. The role pays to scale based on experience and there is the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

The school is hoping to appoint a Maths Teacher who has high expectations and strong behaviour management.

Located in the popular town of High Wycombe, the school has good transport links and accessible parking. They also boast fantastic, purpose built, modern facilities.

The Maths Teacher must:

*Hold QTS Status and be confident to teach through to KS4
*Have previous teaching experience/placements
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have strong behaviour management
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available to start ASAP till at least October half term
