The Specialist Engineering department for Search Recruitment Group is delighted to bring an exceptional opportunity to the market. We are on the lookout for a driven and motivated Field Service Engineer to join this fantastic business based in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be working within the dedicated field service team and would report into the Field Service Engineering Manager and be accountable for finding solutions for day to day issues. Given the business style, basic electrical engineering experience in an FMCG, Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical environment is essential.

The expected responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer also include:

* Providing excellent customer service, driving warmth and loyalty to all partnerships
* Identifying faults, and repair or replace equipment to the standard of the brand
* Attending machines on agreed sites and complete system checks
* Following processes to optimise machine reliability
* Communication of all issues, problems and solutions through company procedures
* Adhering to all warranty and returns procedures

The days of work for this role will be predominantly be Monday to Friday and you should have Engineering experience within a Food, Drink or FMCG environment. Ideally a relevant degree or equivalent qualification and knowledge of electrical engineering.
We're looking for a very strong communicator with excellent organisational and time-keeping techniques with the drive to continue to improve and develop their skillset.
