Roma Black are recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a market leading Design Consultancy based in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to work for an top market leading award winning organisation, the candidate must hold previous work experience of working residential designs.
  
The opportunity will be supporting an exciting mix of projects at all work stages.  You role will involve producing drawings and designs as requested to client specifications, effectively communicating with clients, design teams and Local Authorities / statutory bodies to obtain approvals and to deliver high quality buildings.

Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview

Being able to maintain build and enhance client relationships
Working on a mixture of residential and mixed-use projects
Preparing masterplans and producing drawings for submission
Always Working in line with the building and planning regulations
Senior experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed use projects.
High proficiency in Articad and BIM would be ideal
The ability to work independently
Photoshop/ InDesign skills would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence

Competitive salary (£35,000 – £50,000 DOE)
