Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – High Speed 2 – Aylesbury – Outside IR35

The Company

* A large reputable contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on High Speed 2.

The Role

* A superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on HS2, daily rate will reflect experience for a Quantity Surveyor.

* Exciting opportunity increase your experience with a great contractor and progression within a successful company.

* Specifically, we need someone to manage sub-contractors.

* The employment status will be based on an individual assessment.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the candidate include:

* Circa 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

* Job stability with a history of working for contractors on large civils projects.

* Experience in civil engineering

* Experience with NEC

* Quantity Surveying Degree.

* Able to work on you own.

* Driving licence and car is required.

* Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

* Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently

The candidate must have recent experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK.

The client will interview this week and can start at a week’s notice.
