Summary
Scania GB has a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator who has excellent communication skills and a sound project management background. You will join the team based at our modern Milton Keynes Support Centre and have the ability to work remotely for part of the week.
Reporting to the Head of Dealer Support Services, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of Dealer Support Systems within Services for SGB. This will be achieved by coordinating various stakeholders to review & implement new service solutions that are in line with the business’ objectives of utilising automation and digitalisation to increase network efficiency and improve customer service levels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* project management – Responsible for coordinating stakeholders to ensure unified approach in implementing new dealer systems & initiatives as well as report progress back to business via an online portal
* COORDINATE FACTORY SOLUTIONS – Become product owner of new systems by collaborating with the factory on solutions such as Digital Dealer & Scania Workshop Services whilst working with other internal stakeholders to assess viability in market
* STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION – Work with other key stakeholders in business to understand current ways of working and potential improvement areas by employing an inclusive and collaborative approach.
* WORKSHOP SYSTEMS support – Provide departmental support for functionality & maintenance of Dealer systems, including MPP, R2C, workshop loading. Carry out administration work where business requires
* AUTOMATION & DIGITALISATION – Evaluate new solutions from both internal & external stakeholders that will have efficiency and customer service level improvements through technology (such as BOT automation)
* SOLUTIONS COORDINATION – Working with other business areas such as Process Improvement, collate feedback from Dealer network on system deviations and coordinate solutions and responses.
