As a member of the Executive Management Team, the Director of Fundraising will lead a department that has already delivered significant income growth and is now being asked to continue that ambitious growth to support a new organisational strategy. The department has very recently benefited from increased investment and has the support of a CEO and Board that understand fundraising.

Director of Fundraising Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced fundraising leader who has already worked at Director level. You will balance a desire to sometimes be hands-on with the ability to take a strategic view and ensure that the department is appropriately structured, resourced and supported to achieve challenging targets.
You will recognise the importance of investing time to nurture relationships and prioritise excellent stewardship. You will also be comfortable embedding a culture of regulatory compliance to promote transparency and accountability.
Above all, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and ambition to be part of an outstanding team.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £68,000 to £73,000
