Experienced Motor Trade Sales Manager required for main dealer franchised site in Bedfordshire . This is a great opportunity on a vey busy site.

The role will be to Manage the Selling of New & Used vehicles to make sure every deal is being maximised by the team that you will oversee.

You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual budgets from the employer and the manufacturer so a people person is a must for this role.

Not only will you oversee the department but you will need to coach and mentor the team to make sure they are firing on all cylinders. A methodical but charismatic approach is key.

Customer centric focus is paramount and you will need to make sure the team focus on this.

Your team will be right behind you if you can lead effectively.

Knowledge of dealership Crm systems and manufacture online systems. Budgets, monthly targets, dealership experience essential

A basic salary of around £40000 is on offer with a uncapped Ote of between £65 & £70,000 is achievable along with a company car and all the usual benefits you would expect of a company of this stature.
