Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyor to work on the behalf of a Groundwork specialist contractor based in Chesham. The successful Quantity Surveyor candidate will be working in Groundwork sector and reporting to Commercial Manager/ Project Director. The client is looking to upgrade the previous facilities to increase operation capacity.

Successful Quantity Surveyor candidate based in head office in Chesham.

This is a long-term freelance position.

The correct Quantity Surveyor application will have the following knowledge and experience;

* Experience with JCT.

* Previous experience in negotiation with sub-contractors.

* Preferable to have come from previous Groundwork, minimum 2-3 years.

* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

* Degree level or equivalent.

* Be able to be an ambassador for the company.

* Solid experience re procurement Groundwork such as surfacing, drainage would be preferable.

Salary and other benefits Quantity Surveyor for ;

* Quantity Surveyor’s salary is negotiable based on the experience.
