Assistant Development & Planning Manager job in Buckinghamshire

My client is a regional house builder in Thames Valley that is currently looking to expand their Development and Planning team by recruiting an Assistant Development and Planning Manager.

They are looking for an Assistant Development and Planning Manager in Buckinghamshire with a proven track record in residential developments working for a house builder. As the successful candidate, you will be experienced in land acquisitions and planning across the South East as their developments are spread across London, Surrey, Thames Valley, and Oxfordshire.

Role & Responsibilities

– Submitting planning applications

– Investigate and appraise suitable sites

– Work with senior members of the team on planning applications, design and valuations

– Develop relationships with internal and external parties

Required Skills & Experience

– Ideally degree qualified (property related), not essential

– Experience in residential developments

– Strong network of land contacts

– Strong negotiation skills

– Commercially aware

– Flexible approach

– Team player

– Self motivated

What you get back

– Salary £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)

– Bonus
