My client, a specialist Consultancy now have a rather exciting opportunity for a bright graduate who is seeking a foot onto the career ladder which will involve a great deal of client liaison and supporting administration.
The role will work closely with the Head of client Experience as well as functional reporting lines to the MD.
The role will be based from home until further notice than move to the office for 2 days per week.
Role Duties
* Provide a first class customer service to our clients, liaising closely with the coaching team, maintaining information systems, organising meetings, conducting research, assisting team members with a variety of tasks and at all times being an excellent PR representative for the company
* Handling enquires from potential clients, assessing their needs, providing them with information, signposting where necessary and arranging follow-up calls
* Tracking client journeys, producing reports and sending out a wide variety of communications using the CRM Salesforce database system
* Organising corporate projects, scheduling training and coaching, sending out communications, inviting potential corporate customers to reviews etc
* Assisting with webinars, facilitating training and managing the administrative and communication processes
* Monitoring, scheduling and processing payments, checking invoices and dealing with queries and producing Partner reports
* Supporting the marketing manager with campaigns, website updates, producing content and other related marketing activities
* Handling media and PR requests to ensure these are dealt with promptly
* To help at events and attend exhibitions as required
The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate with a real passion for people. You will be exceptionally client focused with an organised and well- structured approach.
As well as possessing great communication skills you will also have excellent written skills and have the ability to compose news letters and social media information.
Please also note that this is an SME- an ever growing company who are very personal in their approach. If you are an individual seeking a career within a large corporate organisation then this role will not be right for you.
