Azure Administrator.

Mission: Working in a dynamic cross-functional team you'll face challenging changes & supporting technical & cultural transformation across the organisation as it shifts towards the Azure Cloud platform. As a team member, you will learn, share, coach, develop & implement new ways of working whilst creating robust frameworks to enable a more self-sufficient workforce through the adoption of Azure Cloud Services.
The core technology responsibilities include Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 suite & functions, On-prem technologies & hybrid configuration. Team objectives are: Drive adoption & transformation, Create awareness of new methods of working, Facilitate & support the company transformation programme to Azure.
Responsibilities. Maintain & manage the growing Azure estate, owning the configuration & administering a set of services in line with the roadmap & provide guidance into design & development projects. You'll support the delivery of Cloud Services to increase user adoption & awareness while continuing to support Microsoft Windows on-prem infrastructure during the transformation.
Title: Azure Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes (Remote working 2 / 3 days a week)
Duration: A Permanent appointment
Salary: up to £40,000 – £44,000 pa plus on-call allowance (£4k pa) bonus pension insurance etc.
Start Date: ASAP.
About you: You'll have either experience in Azure Administration or Microsoft Windows Server/ Exchange administration experience either on-premise or online. You really enjoy learning & relish the challenge of administering complex technology with a strong Active Directory understanding of either on-prem or Azure AD & experience in backups & data storage.
Any experience in Microsoft 365 Identity & Security configuration, SAN experience, Virtualisation Technologies experience Veeam Backup & replication experience would be a plus.
As important as your technical skills is a positive & enthusiastic can-do attitude with a conscientious, accurate & diligent mindset. You'll need to be flexible, willing & able to cope with change in a complex pressurised environment with conflicting demands. It goes without saying clear communication & good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, switched on attitude to customer management taking ownership for issue resolution are going to be needed.
