Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager with experience within the fit out sector. Experience within CAT A & CAT B fit out required and must be available to start 31st August 2021. 

Responsibilities

You will be undertaking and setting out duties
Supervision of site on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
Management of trades & labour on site
Holding site meetings
Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
Insuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level

Requirements: 

Management experience
MUST have experience with carpentry
Attention to detail
Understand fit out  / constructions methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
Demonstrate Strong communication skills
IT skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Experience with Office based projects

Qualifications: 

SMSTS
CSCS CARD
First aid qualified
