Site manager required for large housing developer for a long term freelance position within the Milton Keynes area

THE CLIENT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Running your site to the agreed programme and budget
+ Coordinating works on site
+ Ensuring safe working systems and making safety a priority
+ Checking quality of workmanship from ground-works through to finishes
+ Working with your supply chain
+ Working closely with the commercial and technical teams

THE CANDIDATE:
+ Experienced Site managers with proven track records in the new build housing industry.
+ CSCS Managers & Professionals, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid
+ Desire to build high quality homes
