To effectively carry out a range of catering and cleaning duties in accordance with the relevant service agreement whilst carrying out line manager requests. To make sure you meet the legal, company and client regulations for fire, health, safety and the environment

-To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues

To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
To maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques
To adhere to cash handling procedures, where applicable
To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice
To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
Ensure that customer complaints are promptly dealt with, and action taken to prevent reoccurrenceYou need to have-

Basic numerical and written skills
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to work
Team player and can-do attitude
Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive mental attitude
CRB clearance
What else would enable the individual to meet the requirements of the role

· Experience in a similar job role

· Basic general education

· Health and safety awareness

· NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area

· Experience in dealing with people

Weekend work, Saturday – Sunday 7am – 7pm paying at £10 per hour.
