A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join a company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of audited subsidiary financial statements
Assist with preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements for full year and interims including disclosure notes under IFRS.
Liaise with the audit team
Preparation of documentation for the year end audit
Liaise with the tax team to provide supporting documentation required for the preparation of tax returns.
Provide accounting advice.
Provide support to the Head of Financial Reporting when considering the impact of ongoing changes to IFRS to the business.
Ensure group accounting policies are up to date and fully represent the Group reporting.
Oversee the work of the Statutory Accountant
Adhoc support as required by the Head of External Financial ReportingRequirements:

Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
Relevant prior experience of statutory accounts and IFRS is essential.
Excellent knowledge of IFRS or FRS 101
Good at problem-solving and process driven.
